We are passionate about training and appreciate that everyone has different learning styles. Our courses are fun, interactive and hands on where people really learn at their own pace.
We use up-to-date training equipment, including resuscitation mannequins, training defibrillators, choking vests and a variety of more specialist equipment required for each course. We also provide quality training materials for each candidate to take away.
All of our first aid trainers have many years of experience in the medical or emergency professions. This allows us to effectively translate the theory, bringing practical knowledge and understanding to every course. Engaging our audiences in fun, interactive sessions is how we ensure you have confident, skilled first aiders.
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. These Regulations apply to all workplaces including those with less than five employees and to the self-employed.

I have been a first aider for the last 20 years and have never received such a superb delivered first aid course in all of them years. Dave was professional, encouraging and really supportive throughout the 3 days. His manner, approach, and skill/knowledge base was excellent. We asked Solent First Aid Aid to carry out the “First Aid at Work” course for six members of our team and we couldn’t be happier with the decision.
From the start it was obvious that Dave has great understanding of the subject but it was the way the teaching was presented and the use of real life experiences that really made this a stand out course.
